Capitalcity, why don't you fax a copy of the ZFX announcement to whoever you sent the signed accepatnce form to, requesting that as ZFX breached their condition of the contract, you request that the acceptance form be cancelled and null and void, immediately.

See how long it would then take to get your cheque back.

IMO what ZFX are doing is typical of some companies.

Was there any reasons that you could not have sold on market?? You would have got your money in 3 days and, if if you would have kept it in your trading account, you would have had the available funds, at your disposal for other tradings, immediately.
