Its interesting isn't it - with Kinghorn now subs holder in AFG and at least RRT - wouldn't surprise me to see:
BNB together with Kinghorn go for AFG then Rubicon's....and other property plays....but agree with your comment about BNB needing to get their ducks in a line....but interesting gos in the AFR on Thursday about UBS being touted as adviser to BNB for poss t/o of Rubicons....could be very interesting over next few weeks.....
