    Yeah you can. If you round up 75% of the unitholders or something, you can probably vote for a new Responsible Entity to replace the Allco Irresponsible Entity.
    At least it used to be that way. Some of the newer managed fund/trusts have outrageous clauses which provide for billions in compensation for any ousted incompetent manager.
