Metho: The board has told us, they expect at least 3 new deals in 2011. We know Phenomica is being rolled out (and what big pharma deal will kick it off). Medimmune stage1 should be complete by the 18th August.
PYC need to get two big anns out by early August!
The company gains financially if the options are converted, so I would suspect the board are still trying to build the sp leading to aug31st.
