Congratulations on being able to quit this stock and hopefully showing a profit as a reward for your long term perseverance with it, and I hope that the seller (or sellers) of the remaining 66 million where able to do the same. All may be possibly able to sleep at night not worrying about how they were going to sell their stock, given the lack of turnover over the last few years.

It may just be case of him trying to drive the market up from the bottom, given that the Company is issuing promissory notes which it would prefer to be taken as stock so that the Company does not have to find cash. Of course we know how hard it is for the Company to find cash! Perhaps, it may be that someone considers the last announcement as good for the Company and showing his support. I am sure that many hours could be waisted on trying to double guess what is happening.
