LTR are much more advanced than PMT and should be priced accordingly. Significantly less downside risk in LTR than PMT. Perhaps more upside in PMT over a 5 year period IF (and that’s a big if at present) the resource is large enough and the environmental risks re mitigated.
Given PMT have setup a data room to give PLS a looksie means it can’t all be smoke and mirrors. They would have to be pretty confident in the resource to open up at this early stage.
