Following on from my recent postid=68682944 here is another slightly different angle.
Last Friday there were 422,033 PMT short sales reported for the ASX and Cboe.
If these positions were not covered on Friday then, as well as paying a daily lending fee for the "use" of the borrowed shares, the shorter/shorters will loose up to $4,220.33 for every cent they will pay to cover/buy back shares to return to the lender over their selling price.
Let's hope the ASX open is strong for PMT after the overnight communications from the company.
