    CLP Holdings is the listed entity in HK, owner of TRUenergy and EnergyAustralia.

    So due to the MoU with Santos, TRUenergy now gets 7.1% of OIP.

    Together TRUenergy and Santos has 30.16% of OIP.

    This one gonna fly.
