It seems good value to me, strong yield and growth even on a worst case senario. It's interesting that someone has a large wad or two of shares for sale 4 or 5 stops away from the current price but keeps moving it up or down so they never actually sell. It gives the impression their a lot for sale but in reality may not be. They have been doing that for days, I have noticed.
