Maybe there was some funny business with this T/O offer. Maybe some prior deal made between Beach and Walker to establish a price for his share in the company. As far as I understand to gain more than 20% holding you have to make a full T/O offer. I feel if beach was legitimate about taking over all the shares in ADE they would have offered a better price
