Anyone spoken to PLS recently ??

Lots of posts here ... but has anyone spoken to PLS to get clear answers to:

1. the substance of objections to the Mining Licence and the timeline / procedures to resolve them ?

2. progress / reasons for lack of progress on financing (instead of "our" thoughts) ?

3. if PLS still intends to debt finance or is a pro rata debt / equity arrangement now in the mix ?

4. BOA progress with companies that are reliable (ie - have a track record of honoring their BOA commitments ?

Of course these things are market sensitive. As a shareholder I would have thought an update to the market would be appropriate. Current problem as I see it is that with all of the above "in the mix", people (as part of 'human nature') may assume something is wrong, shorters are in paradise as they flush out nervous nellies, when in fact there may be nothing unusual or negative or it may be overstated. In any case, any real reliable info would be appreciated if anyone has it ! Regards
