    Company lost a bit of credibility. Should've notified market that Baldwin left when he did and not have 'quietly' tucked it into the quarterly. Did not like the rushed announcement that needed to be amended the next day. For a company that carried itself so transparently since IPO feels like their reputation was slightly damaged over just two announcements.
