In a week or two the full year accounts for URF will be issued.
In H1 URF had property reval's in the order of A$22m with properties in the 1-4 family sector increasing by 8.6%.
Most properties are in New Jersey and the rest scattered around NY and environs.
H1 New Jersey Case-Shiller index rose +7.2%
H1 New York Case -Shiller index rose +8.0%
Q3 New Jersey Case-Shiller index rose +4.9%
Q3 New York Case-Shiller index rose +2.5% (5 mths to Nov'21 NY index rose +3.4%)
I am speculating there will be a approx $20m upwards property revaluation and based on approx 400 million SOI the NTA uplift will be about 5 cents per share.
