Hi if theres anyone still posting Im a very long term holder from the start so down a lot, even after participating in capital raisings averaging down etc I would hate to look at what my average price is.
The only good thing I haven't got a whole lot of money tied up in this either, is this a good time to be buying? the positives : management seem to be the best we've had with some type of direction, Aussie dollar weak people staying in Australia for holidays. The negative who knows where property prices will be in the next couple of years
