Interesting point - thanks for the insight into pre-paid. I think one key issue for ATC is market cap - as there is no chance of fund interest at $40M, and so the FNT deal possibly more aimed at a quick build in market cap to be picked up in the fund radar. I for one am more interested to see if ATC can continue to grow reveues from the interconnect business at month on month rates of > 40%, which is the key for their perceived cash flow tightness. They still have a number of customers to connect, but no increase in customer signings for awhile now.
