    Good point Grant. The Chinese dont have much money to spend, but FNT looks to have to the critical mass already to run a profitable business. If this mass stays and does not decline, then any Chinese connections are a bonus. Naturally this mass will now run over the ATC network assuming they have the capacity.

    ATC has indicated cash flow postive results by the end of this quarter. If they fail to deliver on this front, then its probably RIP for this stock.
