I had an email reply from IK on the 23rd of Sept.

He mentioned that the current delay was due to the parties finalising which of their aboriginal corporations will act as the counterparty to the agreement. (As we know that there are a few groups within the traditional custodian.)

All talks on the Mantle's side had been completed.

He also said that he had personally met with the vast majority of the elders and they were all positive and wishing to fast track with Mantle.
