I dont really see MOF as much different to any Property Trust, the business is still running ok its just a case of being able to maintain the funding.

It is definately going through the love hate cycle the market has with Macquarie.

But just like the BNB funds the final washup in Macquarie will have a minimal impact on MOF other than their equity will be sold to repay debt.

I'm a holder and medium time am considering extending my holding.

3 sections of Sumitomo Mitsui have just taken a major position in MOF and i tend to believe people buying rather than those just commenting.
