    Divis are good. As somebody mentioned the most importnat is to finance debt.
    With geraing ratio of 40% (which is in my opinion a bit high) there is some risk becasuse i generally do not belive in valuation tactics used by these companies.

    Still Net asset covers sahres 6 times over and even it comver 2 time over it is still a reasonalbe saftey , provding divis are still around.
