Hi Finch. In respect of Next Byte I would not expect any more writedowns. The new CFO ( May 2011) wanted to clear the decks
and Next Byte moving forward is about rolling out the Apple Premium Reseller model stores. In a nutshell it's they are same layout and feel of the Apple city flagship stores in regional areas. The have opened 5 so far (QLD) and they are trading above expectations. They have earmarked 20 locations for the stores. Eps for current year is expected between 5 > 6 cents of EBITDA of $23M - $26M. On maturation of the 100 Telstra stores and the 20 Apple stores projections are $40M EBITDA and $17M NPAT ...EPS 12 cents...2.5 years away...on a PE of 12 do the math !
