Does anybody have any thoughts as to why oversubscriptions are being allowed? This is most unusual for an underwritten rights issue where Patersons are supposed to take up the shortfall.
Is it to give loyal shareholders a 'reward' or is it because Patsys want to put in as little as possible? Let's hope our guys take up as much as possible so there is less of an anchor on the share price. The last thing we need is an unwilling institution with millions of shares.
