That's a generic statement that applies to all biotechs at some stage in the development of their particular compounds. You may as well ask how long is a piece of string... There is no definitive answer. Surely backing up your theory with verifiable information, possibly links to qualified appraisals of ANP technology by respected professionals in the field? Now I would definitely pay attention to that.
