    Many penny stocks have experienced multiple gains recently that have anything to do with Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel, Rare earths and Pilbara gold. Even uranium is having a run today. What is CUL doing to be part of this mini boom in penny stocks? Surely they could have pegged down some land over the past 12 months and created some interest.
