ANd lets not forget that for the last 12m, a 50m parcel of shares were sold down from dubai exits.

but, look at facts,having been delayed by 15m due to red tape preventing power to site, now have it sorted.

used that time to develope the resoruce,

started production, and now able to begin to do what they once conceieved.

Infrastructure, plant, all in place.

IMO, this is the time to buy CTO, not be swept aside with sentiment of where they have been constricted in the past.

Are the shackles off? Their target for 2010 is 50koz pa, and ramping, they are atm, aualised at 20koz pa, and rampinmg. 4-5 year ramp to 300 kozpa.

I supposed i am in the fortunate position not to have been a long term holder, but having waited until actual production began to acheive strides forward, but i certainly empathise with the longs, but can only suggest with this post, if they really need to consider if the tide has turned.

Hard for it to make gains in the last 12m with dubai constantly selling, but thats over, and i think the correction, and capitulation from 12c to 10c, would have to signal opportunity.
