I have serious reservations that the delay
of 15 months was soley the fault of the power supply
company.

If one thinks about it,both the Qeensland government and
the township of Charters Towers would be very keen
(for obvious reasons) for a large new gold mine
to start producing.

It seems odd to me that a company that has been aiming
to produce since at least the 1990's wouldn't have
enquired as to the lead time of additional power
and put in their order so that the power would have been
there when required.

Alternatively, they could have purchased/hired a diesel
powered electric generator. Okay so it would have cost
more but then, a $100m investment doing nothing doesn't
come cheap.

I was a long term holder until I got sick of reading
about future plans which got delayed and delayed and
delayed. In the meantine the share price halved even
though the POG doubled.

Maybe they are now starting to be honest with
shareholders. Who knows - some leopards have trouble
in changing their spots. Best of luck.
