Question is, a large dump to push this lower under the SPP,,,now if i put my conspiracy hat on, it says that the same group that dumped from 12c to 10.5c, wants every Joe public to think he can get them under the spp, but lingering doubt, joe public runs out of time, and only a hand full remember to actually buy off market before, guess what, SPP over.

Now what happens? Well, all those who wanted the chance to get a larger stake have had their chance, and here comes the placement, and other party, now has a larger chunk of this pie. And my bet is, other party is same party that dumped.
