I think the only limit on what they can accept is a limitation of 30% new shares issued via a SPP.
I really can't see why they would not take all they can get, as they would see selling assets as worse discounting than selling discounted shares, plus the latter gets them some new shareholders which should (despite some ST profiteering) give stronger LT demand for their shares, esp if uptakers are happy, ie sp holds well above issue price.
