You are right in the sense that things can still go wrong from here.

1) Only one producing asset
2) Still will have some debt albiet very small
3) Purchaser may decide not to proceed after DD.

OK all things being equal I would say they still have some risk tied to the shares but as production continues to ramp up, pay down debt and get new monies for PNG assets this risk starts to deline dramtically. I've paid one lot of money via BPAY will pay next traunch on Monday. I hope that if they do decide to curtail applications that they do use the logic they mentioned in the documents.

IE people who held from before the announcment about SPP and those who did not sell any shares before the SPP is alloted.

I guess we will soon know.
