Maybe if they had someone who had a decent command of the English language when you called the office it would help to garner confidance, for shareholders and potential customers. Pitty I dont speak Cantanese as thats probably her first language and no doubt she can speak it fluently, seems like a very helpfull person though. On second thoughts maybe they have a Chineese major shareholder or customer intersted in the company
