    I doubt if the first rig will go off shore but once we start building rigs for the FUTURE, overseas is a big market. The client always pays the costs to go where ever they want it to go or why would we take the contract to loose profit on the job. All I'm concerned about is IP agreement. Would love some clarity on this matter.
