Hi, tempted to join you, but MLS is not heathy cash wise and would see a class action just make lawyers richer.
The directors need to go and as share holders we have this power without laywers.
I have written to MLS several times now about Nambia court appeal and the other projects. The best I have got was they where expecting news in a few days (that was last month).
They have loss control for now and we have a board with a broken spirit. As long as the Directors are sharing the $$$ pain, this is good enough for me to hope they will get up and run a company. God, even their receptionists voice on the phone sounds like she needs a new job.
