Paradiso I went to the AGM and I honestly think the board did little wrong after we had a long answer and question session.

The company got stiffed by the judge in Namibia.

Only 5 shareholders turned up for the AGM, based on that how many shareholders do you think are going to join in on a class action?

Your best course of action is too hope the company wins the appeal and pick up as many shares as you can afford as cheaply as you can. Then make your money back that way.
That is what I intend to do.

I spoke to the geologists at the AGM and they are ready to go - drilling plans are mapped out and they believe that the ground potentially is very exciting.

We have just got to win the appeal.
