When Hab 3 first blew its cap a lot of long-term GDY fans said they were topping up. Anyone topping up today?
I'm not. I'm happy to wait for it to fall further. There's enough bad news to push the price down quite a bit, and it'll be six to nine months before they get back to where they should have been a couple of weeks ago. And, the expenses won't have stopped during the delay. In fact they've probably increased.
