That's all fine fellowes, the thing is only point 3 is unique to GDY. So unless you're going to bail the entire geothermal industry due to this development, it's really not much to worry about at this stage.
Regarding getting to market, it's not really difficult, it's just a question of logistics and government support. These are problems that are well understood, and do not represent a risk (as in provide surprises down the track). Government legislation is the only wildcard, but if the technology is proven, I would expect them to provide some assistance.
Failing that, power hungry industry can relocate to the location. How much do you think Google spends on it's servers power consumption? What kind of boost would it give to their company to announce they're using emission free power. Same with supercomputers/data centers/cloud computing in general, whose major cost component is power consumption. Generally the hardware itself can be located anywhere in the world. Smelting plants may not be so good, given they want to be near ports.
