if they wait until Ivanhoe Aust lists, they are going to have to pay an additional premium.

Apparently Ivanhoe Aust is to be a dual listing on both the Australian and Canadian exchange, so expect Canadian valuations to be applied to the assets. These are much higher than Australian.

If Ivanhoe Aust then make a scrip bid for Exco, it will be based on those higher valuations.
