Can't really price it. FRE expenditure is still very high compared to revenue, which is still very low (as per the last 3b).
Exisitng holders will get their documentation in the mail on Tuesday going by the FRE announcement.
I reckon there would be a few shareholders out there that won't want to throw anymore $$ into the markets. On the flip slide - there'd also be a few that might want to avg down.
Either way, as of today their 1 for 1 rights issue (ie FRER) now has value. Easy premium for anyone that doesnt want to cough up the extra cash and also doesn't want to let them expire worthless.
