I was with MF Global for 6 years trading CFDs and honestly I can't really complain on my dealings with them - staff generally helpful, platform user friendly and efficient and I never had any problem taking my money out until Oct 31 this year.... you know the rest.
I have been looking for another CFD provider since - leverage and being able to short are important to me. Tried IG but can't rave about it. Platform is very basic. One short trade I did recently which I moved price 3 times to get the order filled was charged 3 lots of commissions.
I heard that Halifax also does CFDs so would appreciate any comment/review relevant.
