I normally have you on ignore, as you're a pointless poster most of the time, but had to check after some referencing to you was made on a thread that I started.

For the record, the phone call would be about our new chairman having next to nothing in SDL shares, SDL and GBG, and a few other subjects too. It wouldn't be directly related to the JV/Financing announcement. Thought that would be obvious.

On the subject of someone else's shares being their own private business, that does not relate to directors. Their invested interest carries weight in the eyes of the market and stakeholders.
