    I had a guy from there IT department at my house yesterday trying to fix all the problems i am having with pro.

    I have been on the phone to them this morning for an hour....................

    I must say in there defense........... that they are really trying to fix these problems....

    I sent them a '' screen print '' with a '' response time '' of 166.6econds last week.............................and i am on bigpond cable extreme ............

    But yes...................... etrade pro is a disaster at the moment and it is almost impossible to trade between 11.00am and 10.30am
