anyone using superhelp?

Thanks to all the posters for making this forum possible. Last year I read a posting about saving thousands in SMSF accounting fees by using E super. It seems E Super will only manage new funds, not existing. 'Super Help' however will manage existing funds. Has anyone any experience this this company?
