If so I would be interested in knowing why.
I am considering voting AGAINST resolutions:
1: Remuneration Report - Can't see why they are all getting a pay rise when we haven't stuck a commercial deal yet.
5: 10% placement Facility - Lazy way to raise funds, why not a renounceable rights issue - So we all can participate and maintain our existing level of equity if we want to or sell the rights to someone else so for some financial reward.
6: Proportional Takeover Provisions - If you want to take it over buy all of it!
and probably abstaining on the rest as a sign of protest to the lack of information coming out from the board.
