Ive been topping up as well and averaging up on the basis that the SP is still trading at a Covid related disruption price. UAE cash conversions will force the market to mark up the SP for cash. It also gives the company a considerable amount of capital to drive growth. The fact the market drive down the price so hard on fy20 results is proof the market is being short term with EOS.
Spacelink funding arrangment will be massive & due this Q. if the $1bn val is true, noting Constellation 2 is worth a $1bn too, and we are giving away 49%, then a $250-$600m equity investment for a 49% stake in the Spacelink SPV will be very interesting indeed for the EOS SP. Lets see if the company can pull this off with a partner who has standing already. The future EOS ride should be fun because over the medium term with all that is happening in CUAS, Space and Defence we can easily be trading at double where we are by the end of the year.
The company's production target is $900m a year.
Space will have large margins with no production cost basically.
The Company has a significant IP pipeline we are only beginning to see.
