There was meant to be some information on the High Court challenge for the Ebenezer mine last week but as yet nothing. Word on the street is that OGL can't pay its lawyers so I doubt that any interest they have in the high court matter will no be protected.
With $1.1M owed to cape lambert and $600K+ of other loans, you have to wonder who is going to wind them up first? The Directors would have to be near to appointing an administrator - they must be close to trading while insolvent?
