I am out now. ESS has been very good to me (230% plus dividends in under 18 months), hard to let them go, but given the market correction I agree it is fairly priced on a relative basis, even a little over-priced at around 16x PE given comparative value elsewhere. First half may disappoint a little, could present a good buying opportunity as the medium term outlook is solid. Looks like Perpetual is still buying at $1.20 so it may not fall much while they are still around.
