haha yeah real knowlegable. NTA on book value only. If you consider that they cant make a profit on the asset, the NTA might be negative :) Arent you concerned that it is trading 40% below its NTA value - what does that tell you? Some serious writedowns probably.
Get in at these low levels! No-one else is so it needs someone :)
