Yes, there is no dount the mc is justified. In fact, you could easily add 30% to reflect the fact that:
1- it is the largest player in a market (internet advertising) growing at an impressive 40% rate.
2- it keeps exceeding market's expectations on both revenue and profit fronts
3- it has made smart acquisitions and a number of interstate office openings

Actually, can't figure out why the sp is at this level. It won't last.
