Thanks for your reply onyx. I have tried to request a transfer from Issuer sponsored to CHESS through Commsec using the ARN as the SRN. Will see what happens, should take between 48-72 hours.
If it is any help, the page to use for requesting the transfer from issuer sponsored to CHESS is https://www2.commsec.com.au/Private/MyPortfolio/EquityTransfer.aspx.
