Also to add these small mineral stocks have had a hard time with capital .....maybe Tse made the decision to sell out of China and if he did good on him.....because if he waited doubt if h would have found money to re-capitalise .....China is a hard sell at the moment ....some buyers could default at any time ...steel mills in trouble etc ...so selling to a Japanese co may be a good thing !!!
