That's an interesting point. To me the chinese are bullish on lithium however given the Japanese are somewhat isolated.. I remember the fears with rare earths other than lithium a few years back.

It's likely they are securing their stocks and the Cattlin agreement matching spot shows that fear they have.. Maybe they are trying to suck down on GMM and GXY.
