Yes, I have an interpretation:

After some very minor CSG euphoria for VPE (the very same euphoria that made a number of coys go through the roof, e.g. Pure, Sunshine etc), the market has reconsidered and realised that VPE has always been all talk, and never delivered a single profit in its 27 years of existence.

That's of course just my interpretation, and others, like Tui, just know that this company will be huuuuugely successful, it just takes a little more time ;)
